Sierra was very knowledgeable about the meals and recommended me the low-carb Breaded Chicken and Au Gratin potatoes to have as my first meal at Fit Flavors. I even air fried the chicken like she recommended, will be coming back!

Always a pleasant experience shopping here! The Owner Jillian and her entire staff exude warmth and friendliness each time I come in the store. A special shoutout to Steph for her amazing customer service, going the extra mile to help me along with her excellent recommendation of the delicious Greek Chicken & Yellow Rice! The food here is both healthy and delicious, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been coming to fit flavors on and off for a while. I met Sierra and she immediately greeted me and made me feel comfortable. She pointed out the steak and garlic potatoes was really good and priced great for the portion and quality of the dish. I agree!

Fit Flavors has been a great go-to for my weekly meal refills. The meals are consistently good, convenient, and make eating well much easier during a busy week. I especially want to shout out Emily — she’s often working when I stop in, and she’s always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her recommendations are spot-on and make the experience even better. Highly recommend Fit Flavors, especially with such great staff.

Sierra was SO helpful! I walked in 30 minutes to close to a fully stocked store and her smiling face excited to help me. I had never been in as I was coming from out of town, but did check the online menu and was asking her questions about which meals she liked and were popular. She helped me for 25 minutes pick out 14 amazing food options I’m really excited to try! I was trying to stay primarily on the low sodium and moderate calorie level, while still getting the most flavorful meals. She really helped me understand the nutritional value and how much sodium to target per meal. I can’t say enough nice things! I will definitely be back in a week!

I tried Fit Flavors when I came to visit my children for a week. Sierra was so sweet and asked me if I had anything like this back at home which I do not! But decided to try to eat better while I was here. I really loved the Mostaccioli and the fact that it had some hidden veggies in there!

Today was my very first time visiting fit flavors at the Brentwood location here in St Louis. Peter and Sierra are super friendly and they both greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me find what I was looking for. They were quick and super knowledeable about all the food choices to custom taylor fit my needs. If you’re looking for a healthier Grap and Go premade healthy option, that tastes amazing and has many options... Visit a Fit flavors today😋 It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had and super Convenient as I was too busy to cook today with all my work commitments. The pics attached on my review shows me enjoying the scrambled egg, turkey, sausage, and sweet potatobreakfast protein energy meal that was a healthy delicious option to fuel my day and post workout meal.
